I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received at Coulter Cadillac's service department. I dropped off my husband's GMC for service. While I don't remember the name of my service advisor, I do remember the lot attendant, Trevor. From the moment I arrived until the time my vehicle was brought back to me, Trevor was incredibly helpful and professional. During the few hours I was waiting, he checked in with me several times, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and even offered me water on multiple occasions. He also let me know that there was a concession stand inside serving breakfast and lunch, which was a thoughtful touch. Because of Trevor's excellent customer service, my wait didn't feel long at all. I've been to several dealership service departments over the years, and I can honestly say that Trevor stood out. His positive attitude, professionalism, and welcoming smile made the experience enjoyable. You have a great lot attendant on your team. Purchasing my first electric vehicle was a big step, and while the delivery of my new Cadillac Lyriq had a few unexpected hiccups, what truly impressed me was how Coulter Cadillac handled the situation. Ironically, my journey with Coulter started after my previous vehicle was brought in for repairs after an accident. Coulter Collision Center provided me with a loaner vehicle, and before long, I found myself purchasing a new Lyriq after my vehicle was declared a total loss. When some delivery issues came up, General Manager Paul Glans immediately got involved, took ownership of the problems, and made it clear that customer satisfaction was his top priority. Rather than making excuses, he accepted responsibility and worked to make things right. That level of accountability is rare and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. I also want to recognize Linda Daub for her professionalism and communication throughout the process. She was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. Buying a new car has changed drastically since my last purchase in 2019. The Lexus dealers have no inventory; only leases you can drive to see how they handle. No price negotiation, no car until they arrive weeks/months later, if you can find one that has the features you want. Audi was similar, but at least they had inventory, some. Still no price negotiation, and we would have had to wait for the car to be shipped here and pay the extra shipping charges. Coulter was very different. I drove past two other Cadillac dealerships to get to them, but I am so glad I did (the North Scottsdale dealer was a mess!). We had a lot of questions about vehicle features, and they were able to answer all of them. I was able to see exterior colors besides black or white, as well as different interior colors, drive a car I was interested in buying, then negotiate a better price. After the sale, the car "onboarding" was a great experience too. I have been in the valley a very long time and Coulter Cadillac has been a Phoenix landmark, for good reason. Great sales team.

Extremely disappointing experience at Coulter GMC. I’ve purchased many new vehicles in my life and consider myself an informed consumer, and this dealership seemed very unhappy that I understood the numbers and questioned unnecessary charges. I originally came in to look at two trucks, but somehow one of them was suddenly unavailable during my appointment. Conveniently, it was the truck with more options at nearly the same price. Right away it felt like they were trying to push me toward the lesser-equipped truck instead. Then came the advertised rebates and financing offers that apparently could not actually be combined once we sat down to discuss the deal. That immediately felt like bait-and-switch tactics. The dealership also tried adding nearly $2,000 in “mandatory” extras I never asked for, including: $100 for nitrogen in the tires Around $500 for a “KeyFetch” key replacement program Window tint and other add-ons When I questioned these charges, I was basically told, “This is what we do when we sell vehicles.” Customers should not be forced into paying for unnecessary add-ons just to buy a vehicle. The financing process was even worse. Salesman Joe, the GM, and finance manager Ryan told me 5.75% through Global was the “best rate available.” After checking myself, I found out customers can apply directly online and get 5.5%. Same story with GAP insurance: they attempted to charge around $1,000, but Global itself offers it for about $495. At that point it became obvious I needed to fact-check everything myself. All I wanted was a clean purchase agreement with: Advertised price Tax Title Registration Standard doc fee No forced extras. No inflated products. No games. Instead, the entire experience felt shady, misleading, and unnecessarily confrontational because I refused to be taken advantage of. Buying a vehicle should not feel like a battle over hidden fees and misleading financing information. Very frustrating experience.

My 2025 Cadillac XT4 suffered an oil leak when parked on a downhill angle and Arrowhead Cadillac were unable to figure out the issue after several tries. I finally gave up going to Arrowhead and contacted Coulter Cadillac. They were very quick setting up a service appointment. When I arrived Chris Sanchez took very good care of me. He arranged a loaner car and within a few days he called me and told they were able to diagnose the issue and it would take several days to repair. The issue was the shaft cam and was repaired correctly the first time. I will drive a little further to go to Coulter and avoid Arrowhead Cadillac.

I love my salesperson Dureen. She is always pleasant to deal with and easy to talk with. Great experience overall with Cadillac.

There was some especial circumstances that made a little of a delay. Even after a week we were greeted by name as we entered, and our Salesman, Andrew Emerson, actually took 1-1/2 hrs to sit in the car with us rehashing all the many operational details. This after having done it a week prior. This additional time that Andrew took with us I refer to as “value added service”, and we are very grateful that Coulter places this value on their post sales & customer care. This past weekend my wife Susan reminded me that her Acura TSX was fast on being 12-years old, and it was also her birthday. This was a lethal combination that obviously couldn't be ignored. Susan just wanted a newer car, but small & manageable like her Acura TSX. She had seen a Cadillac CT4 and liked it for style & size. I thought a simple Google search for photos and detail would be a start, but Suan wanted to "touch & feel." Then she pointed out, "If a CT4 fits the bill, we will need to go to a dealership to make the purchase." Not so, said I. Every car dealer now has an internet department for inquiries and even purchasing. A very refined and effective process. It made a lot of sense since we live in Prescott and most serious buyers in Prescott go down to the Valley for better opportunities. It was a tough sell though...to Susan. I Googled Phoenix Cadillac dealers and Coulter Cadillac Phoenix popped-up. The website was decent, very informative, and reviews were so positive that Coulter interested me. So yesterday we drove the 112 miles/2 hour drive to Coulter Cadillac Phx. We walked in the showroom door and there sat a CT4. Susan says to me, "Oh John, this car is larger than I thought." Really? The salesman, Andrew Emerson walked over and very casually engaged us in a friendly & helpful conversation. His approach was so different than anything I had ever previously encountered in a new car purchase, that we thought to see what he (Coulter) had to offer since we had already committed a 2-hour drive to get there. BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front), Andrew did a phenomenal job showing us and walking us through opportunities that made sense. This led to us offering a purchase proposal that ran through Kyle Stevens (Sales Manager) who was extremely responsive with what we considered favorable numbers, and closed the deal. The most dreaded, final part of a new car purchase is the trip to the Finance guy (department) at the end. I have been there many times in my life. And to this I must say that Alex Ashburn (Finance) was very professional, courteous, and personable, did his job and respected our wishes. No battle...no conflict, and we departed Coulter Cadillac Phx feeling exceptionally good about the entire new car purchase experience. Strong work (teamwork) by these three guys. I personally thanked all three of these gentlemen for a job well done, and for professionally representing Coulter Cadillac. I trust that management reading this review will also thank these guys for owning their job and for being an instrumental part of the Coulter Team & Coulter success. We highly recommend that anyone even considering a Cadillac purchase to at least give Coulter Cadillac a try. You will not be disappointed.

The team correctly diagnosed the issue as worn rear bushings on the front control arms and got everything repaired, along with an alignment. The car is driving much smoother now, and the original issue seems to be resolved, which I really appreciate. Communication was clear and they were able to get the work done in a reasonable timeframe. That said, the total cost came in higher than I expected for this type of repair, so I’d recommend getting a quote upfront and asking questions about pricing before moving forward. Overall, solid work in fixing the problem, but pricing is something to be mindful of.

I had a really great experience at this dealership. I accidentally showed up on the wrong date because I put my appointment incorrectly in my calendar, but they were incredibly kind and still took me in without any issues. The staff was welcoming, professional, they serviced my car quickly, had it ready right on time, and even returned it nice and clean, which I really appreciated.
