Purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Tony in internet sales. I can’t say enough about the experience Tony provided my wife and I during our purchase.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. My service advisor was Bo Sigler, and my truck was kept for over a week for a control arm replacement. During that entire time, communication was extremely poor. I was not kept updated on the diagnosis, progress of the repair, or even notified that my truck was ready. I had to repeatedly call or physically show up just to get basic information.

The out of state vehicle purchase process wasn’t the best. Paperwork got messed up multiple times. Also an inconvenience that taxes aren’t apart of the vehicle purchase which makes it harder for me to have to take care of on my own since I am active duty military.

Buying a new car has changed drastically since my last purchase in 2019. The Lexus dealers have no inventory; only leases you can drive to see how they handle. No price negotiation, no car until they arrive weeks/months later, if you can find one that has the features you want. Audi was similar, but at least they had inventory, some. Still no price negotiation, and we would have had to wait for the car to be shipped here and pay the extra shipping charges.

Extremely disappointing experience at Coulter GMC. I’ve purchased many new vehicles in my life and consider myself an informed consumer, and this dealership seemed very unhappy that I understood the numbers and questioned unnecessary charges.
